CARC’s greatest asset is its stellar team of professionals. Working around the world to provide the best projects and service for our investors, we strive to make the EB-5 Program as easy, safe, and certain as possible.
Emanuel Organek has been engaged in real estate investment, property management, and asset management for over 35 years, both for properties in which he has had an ownership role and for third-party institutional and private owners. Various entities and affiliates that he owns and controls are currently engaged in property and asset management, including Continental Realty Management Corporation and Tuppence Management Corporation, both formed in 1986. Mr. Organek has been involved in Baton Rouge real estate since 1988, and New Orleans real estate since 1998.
Earlier, Mr. Organek was a vice president of Loeb Partners Realty, which was engaged in property and asset management for institutional investors, pension funds and wealthy individuals. He has been involved in portfolios worth billions of dollars located nationwide and across all asset classes.
Prior to his work at Loeb Partners Realty, Mr. Organek worked as an attorney with Milbank Tweed Hadley McCloy LLP in New York City and Pennamco in Philadelphia. Mr. Organek is a graduate of Columbia College and Columbia Law School in New York City, and is a member of the New York State and Federal Bar.
Marc Blumberg is the President and founder of Palmetto Partners, Inc. based in Atlanta, Georgia, established in 1989. Mr. Blumberg has been involved as a principal, advisor, broker or manager in over USD $1 billion of real estate assets and transactions. Mr. Blumberg has previously held executive and managerial positions with Kilburn-Young Asset Management Corporation, Resolution Trust Corporation/US Treasury Department, Magnolia Capital Management and Allied Department Stores, Inc. Mr. Blumberg has been involved in Baton Rouge real estate since 1988, and New Orleans real estate since 1998. He holds a BBA from the University of South Carolina and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Georgia. Mr. Blumberg is a native of South Carolina and resides in Atlanta.
Barbara Organek is a Vice President and co-founder of Continental Realty Corporation based in Boca Raton, Florida, established in New York in 1982. Ms. Organek has been involved as a principal, advisor, broker, manager, or comptroller in real estate assets and transactions valued at hundreds of millions of dollars. Mrs. Organek has been involved in Baton Rouge real estate since 1988, and New Orleans real estate since 1998. She holds a BS from Cornell University and worked in advertising after graduation. Ms. Organek is a native of New York and resides in Boca Raton.
William Organek is the Director of International Development and a co-founder of Continental Americas Regional Center, LLC., Mr. Organek lived in Asia for three years, including in Shanghai, Singapore and Hong Kong. A graduate of Columbia University in New York City, he holds a BA in Economics-Philosophy; he also started Columbia University’s undergraduate exchange program with the University of Hong Kong (HKU).
Please note that Emanuel, Barbara, and William are members of the same family. All members of the management team have traveled extensively throughout Asia, and maintain business and social relationships throughout the region. The management team anticipates that many of its initial investors will come from this area.
